Message from the Representative Patent Attorney
Representative Patent Attorney Hiroaki Kaita gained industry experience at a steel manufacturer after completing his graduate course at university. He then joined the world of intellectual property as a practical man with a hands-on approach.
With over 20 years of industry experience in IP, he has honed his knowledge in attaining rights for patents, designs, trademarks, and all other forms of IP. He has a particularly extensive track record in Japanese patent applications, and has produced over 1,000 specifications to date (as of November 2021). He has also worked with over 1,600 design applications (in Japan and abroad; as of November 2021), and he continues to be involved in more projects on a daily basis.
Representative Patent Attorney Hiroaki Kaita's motto is to always engage in work with a passionate and earnest outlook. Drawing from his industry experience, he maintains a modest attitude and exerts every effort in his daily tasks to accommodate his clients' IP needs in a swift and accurate manner.
